I would like to say how impressed I have been with Michael's service.  On the occasions when I have had to take the Computer over to Michael he has offered a prompt service so that I do not have to be without my Computer any longer than necessary, (which is very important as I am currently in the middle of a TAFE course).  Because of the continuing problems with my Computer, I have had to call Michael on several occasions (evening & weekends) seeking his assistance.  Nothing is too much trouble for Michael spending time to go through the many problems the faulty disc drive has caused.   I have been very grateful for Michael's time and patience. They were excellent: superfast repairs and bent over backwards to provide good service. I asked if it was possible to have it couriered to my house and they did at an extremely reasonable price. They even repaired something I hadn't noticed but which they showed me before I left the store. (Computer is under warranty) They are by far the best Apple repairer with whom I have dealt.
